Three members of a Texas family were killed in an accident with a tractor-trailer near Laredo have now been identified as Manuel Arizola, 21, his girlfriend Johana Sandoval, 21 and their baby of 11 months old Romen Arizola.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred on Saturday morning on Interstate 35. The family’s Toyota was headed to San Antonio when a tractor-trailer heading southbound crossed the median and struck the young family. The two young parents and their baby were killed instantly. The man’s younger sister, Victoria Arizola was also in the car. She suffered serious injuries, and was rushed to the Army Medical Center in San Antonio.
Investigations continue into the cause of this terrible, fatal accident.
