Klein ISD School Bus Involved in 4-Vehicle Crash

A Klein ISD school bus was involved in a four-vehicle, head-on collision this morning on Boudreax near Willow Downs. Officials said the bus was carrying 10 students to the Klein ISD Annex building when it was hit head-on by a car. This head-on collision caused a second vehicle to then strike the first car, and a third vehicle that swerved to avoid the crash, careened into a ditch.

The drivers of the first and second cars are Klein Oak High School students. The first driver had to be extricated from his vehicle and was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

The students on board the bus were evaluated by paramedics at the crash site. One student, who complained of a headache and face pain, was taken to the hospital.

The vehicles sustained heavy damage in the accident.
