The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) seeks revise its Occupational Injury and Illness Recording and Reporting (recordkeeping) regulation. OSHA believes it needs to restore a column on its Form 300 to better identify work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Many employers are currently required to track workplace injuries work-related musculoskeletal disorders on Form 300. The proposed requirements are identical to those from 2001.
