A hit-and-run driver struck and killed a 1-year-old boy last weekend in north Houston, Texas. He was found with a head injury in the middle of the street on Sunday, according to the Houston Police Department.
The accident took place at or near the 1200 block of Peach Spring Drive about 4:30 p.m.
