SMSH Legal supports Camp SAY

Houston Astros player, George Springer, knows all too well what it’s like to be a kid who stutters, and the challenges and ridicule from others that can come with it. It’s easy for kids to get discouraged and undermine their self-confidence when they feel they are misunderstood or looked upon differently. That’s why George became the spokesperson for SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young. This non-profit organization hosts a summer camp called “Camp SAY” each year for kids and teens who stutter. This amazing outlet provides a safe and accepting atmosphere that allows kids to exercise their unique voice in a fun-filled, traditional summer camp setting.
