Footage of Driver Swerving Before Killing 13 Released

Moments before the fatal church bus crash that took place near Garner State Park this past Wednesday, a couple who was driving behind the swerving truck snapped cellphone footage of the driver going in and out of the lanes of U.S. 83 multiple times. You can hear the couple calling and begging authorities for help. The couple shared the 15-minute video clip with mySA.com. The driver, 20- year-old Jack D. Young, admitting to texting and driving when the accident happened. The collision killed 13 senior church members from New Braunfels.
