Enterprise Products Refinery Fire in Mont Belvieu | Texas Refinery Explosion Lawyers

Enterprise Products’ facility in Mont Belvieu, Texas has reported a petrochemical plant fire, about 35 miles east of Houston.  Witnesses describe intense heat and seeing nearby trucks exploded as a result of that heat.  Callers in to local media outlets report having heard loud explosions.  The company reports that the fire took place at the West Storage Facility.

So far, Enterprise is not reporting any injuries.  However, the extreme heat and currently blazing fire are likely to prevent an accurate assessment of the situation.  Natural gas liquids produced when natural gas comes out of the ground are stored at the plant.

Enterprise Products operates 49,100 miles of natural gas, NGL crude oil, refined products and petrochemical pipelines around the world.
