Flash Fire at Industrial Plant Leaves Over 20 Injured

Flash fire at industrial plant leaves over 20 injured

Roughly 20 people were injured after a flash fire broke out at a plant in Pasadena, Texas this past Saturday. The fire, said to be caused by a broken valve, was reported around 10:30 a.m. at Kuraray America, Inc.

Two people with serious injuries were taken to hospitals via Life Flight, and 20 people with non-life threatening injuries were transported to hospitals via ambulance. Over 250 employees and contract workers were onsite during the time of the explosion.
