2-year-old Injured By Poorly Secured Store Display

On March 15, 2015, our client’s 2-year-old daughter was looking at a display inside a MetroPCS store when a display stand that was not properly secured fell on top of the toddler, causing severe bodily injuries. Our client drove her daughter to the nearest hospital, and there they had to life-flight her to a children’s hospital for emergency care. The toddler’s lung collapsed and she had to get a tracheotomy.
