Posted on Jan 28, 2010

The Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) seeks revise its Occupational Injury and Illness Recording and Reporting (recordkeeping) regulation.  OSHA believes it needs to restore a column on its Form 300 to better identify work-related musculoskeletal disorders.  Many employers are currently required to track workplace injuries work-related musculoskeletal disorders on Form 300.  The proposed requirements are identical to those from 2001.

For more information, view OSHA's proposal at: http://www.dol.gov/federalregister/msdcolumn.
