Worker Dies in Fall at Houston, Texas refinery

A worker died Friday morning at LyondellBasell Industries' Houston, Texas oil refinery after a steep fall. The Lyondell employee's name is being witheld pending notification of his/her family.
Houston police and the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the accident.
Structures surrounding where the worker was found are between 80 feet and 100 feet in height.
