Teen Dies and 3 Others Sent to Hospital Following Houston Single Car Wreck

A teenager died and three other people were taken to the hospital after their car slammed into a tree in south Houston this week. A distracted driver lost control of this car and smashed into a tree. Houston police are investigating the wreck.
Ana Cecilia Claros, 17, was injured in a single-car wreck on Wednesday. She was rushed to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where she later died.
The driver and two other passengers were also taken to the hospital and their conditions remain unknown.
