Ms. Burke is a fourth-generation Houstonian, with strong ties to the State of Texas.  She has worked with SMSH since the Spring of her her first year of law school in 1999. 

Ms. Burke focuses her practice on personal injury litigation.  When someone suffers a serious injury due to the negligence of another, they deserve to be compensated.  Ms. Burke stays busy obtaining compensation for injured victims and helping disabled people get the benefits they deserve.
